Après-ski Recipes (part deux)

Dinner is my favorite meal of the day. As mentioned in my previous post on Après-ski recipes things look a little different this season. Truthfully, I am ok with that! It has been fun to watch as skiers get creative with their parking lot lunches and après tailgates. The big focus for us continues to be the après-ski dinner. Sharing a few more of our go-tos with you here.

This unique and simple recipe can stand alone as a meal or as an appetizer. An easy meal to make ahead and pop in the oven and assemble after a day on the slopes.
A healthy recipe! I promise you will not be disappointed by this one. If your like me you have a bag of frozen shrimp stashed in your freezer at all times making this a great go to pantry recipe.
