About Us

conSKIerge was founded by a father/daughter team, Kevin Dennis and Charlotte Miller

We share a crazy and irrational love for skiing and the great outdoors. We love it all -  trees, groomers, moguls, storms, sun, corn, earning turns in the backcountry, meeting strangers on the chairlift, talking skiing and gear regardless of the time of year... And we want to share that passion with you and are certain that you can add to our knowledge and experiences! Our goals are simple, we're here to provide you with:

  • Industry updates, timely posts on what is going on in the industry today

  • Blog articles on topics relating to skiing and snowboarding, from favorite resort destinations to love letters to our favorite pieces of gear

  • Resource hub providing links to top ski industry sites and sites dealing with certain aspects of the industry (weather reports for specific regions, go to gear sites, etc.)

  • Ski trip and vacation planning advice based on personal knowledge and one on one discussions with you

Charlotte Miller caught the ski bug early from her dad. An avid skier and gearhead, Charlotte claims Sugarbush, Vermont and Alta/Snowbird, Utah as her home mountains. In addition, she has explored resorts throughout North America and northern Japan. Despite having a job in the corporate world, she skis 75+ days a year (115 days last season!), and is an Ambassador for Atomic Ski and Stio. Warning – while she loves to share her love for the mountains with others, don’t try to keep up with her on the hill – it won’t end well.

Kevin Dennis is a life long ski bum with a 34 year legal career on the side. Now retired, he skis 80+ days a year. While he lives in Alta, Utah in the winters, he has traveled extensively through skiing and has skied almost every major resort in North America (and many you have never heard of). He continues to hit the road often throughout western United States and Canada. Road trips over the last several years have included ventures in British Columbia, Montana and Colorado. Whether you want to know about the behemoths like Aspen or Squaw or are interested in the road less travelled (Lost Trail Powder Mountain in Montana or Whitewater in BC anyone?), Kevin has been there and has an opinion he is all too willing to share.
